Before any deposit, we review photos of your room and electrical panel. Flex chambers run from a standard outlet and set up in an afternoon. Hard-shell chambers arrive crated and are placed, set up and tested by our install team; some need a dedicated circuit, which we check on site.
Every hard-shell installation includes staff training on operation, client preparation and safety, plus a written operating guide your team keeps on hand.
Every chamber carries a 3-year warranty, handled by ARK. One call reaches ARK for service, parts and questions; ask us about extended coverage and an ARK service plan.

Before you reserve
Is my reservation refundable?
Yes. Reserving today is free and takes no payment. Deposits open once your reservation is reviewed, and your deposit is fully refundable any time before your chamber ships.
When will my chamber arrive?
Our current estimates are 8 to 12 weeks for the Flex line and 12 to 20 weeks for hard-shell chambers, counted from order confirmation. You receive a written delivery estimate before any deposit, and if it changes we tell you right away and you may cancel for a full refund.
What does installation involve?
We start with a site check: photos of the room, the doorway and your electrical panel. Flex chambers set up in an afternoon with a guided walk-through. Hard-shell chambers are delivered crated, placed, set up and tested by our install team, and your staff is trained on site.
What power and space do I need?
The Flex line runs from a standard outlet and needs a clear floor area a little larger than the chamber, plus room for the concentrator. Hard-shell chambers need space for the chamber and a separate compressor cabinet, and some need a dedicated circuit. Each model page lists its published specifications, and we go through your room, doorway and power with you before any deposit.
What warranty and service come with it?
Every chamber carries a 3-year warranty, handled by ARK. Service, parts and questions all go through ARK, and you can ask us about extended coverage and an ARK service plan.
Who can buy a hard-shell chamber?
Hard-shell chambers are offered to clinics and qualified professionals. In the United States, hyperbaric chambers are FDA-regulated devices, and some purchases require a prescription or a licensed provider's order. We go through the requirements for your practice and state during your consultation.
How should we describe the service to clients?
As a wellness session: rest and a quiet hour. ARK Chambers are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and we provide approved wording for your menu and website. Clients with health questions should speak with their physician.
Can we lease the chamber?
Yes. Our equipment finance partners offer leases for established and newer practices. Soft shell from $147/mo, hard shell from $635/mo and walk-in from $1,655/mo: estimate, subject to credit approval.
